一西洋人女性の「草食系男子」観

日本の草食系男子現象については、英語でもいろいろコメントが出ているようだ。なんと翻訳するのか分からないが、"grass eating boys"で検索するといくつか出てくる。

よく報道されていることの英語での紹介だが、最後の段は興味深かった。

やっぱり、草食系男子＝女性を求めない＝ゲイ、という発想なのですね。

追記：
辞書的には、"herbivore boys" でしょうか。これもいくつか検索には引っかかる。いずれにしても、英語にするとベジタリアン男子っていうふうに勘違いされそうです。
